THE INNER PILGRIM
An integrated pathway of self-awareness
Who this is for
You might land here when…
- You are longing for a deeper sense of peace and understanding
- You’ve had an experience — psychedelic, somatic, or otherwise non-ordinary — and want someone who takes it seriously.
- You’ve been doing inner work for a while and the next step is feminine, embodied, or pre-verbal.
- You’re curious about womb-centred practice but don’t want a workshop that skips over the depth.
- You’re a practitioner yourself and need a place where you can stop holding space and be held.
- If you’re looking for clinical diagnosis or crisis support, this isn’t the right place — and I’ll happily point you somewhere that is.

Inner Journey
A Pathway of Self‑Discovery
When you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything.
Inner Journey is an invitation to walk the path within — a pilgrimage of self-discovery and integration.
Inner Journey is an invitation to walk the path within — a pilgrimage of self-discovery and integration.
My name is Sandii, and I accompany those who feel called to explore the inner landscapes of the psyche: the unseen places that quietly shape how we relate, love, create, and find meaning and purpose in our lives.
This work is grounded in a trauma-informed and holistic approach. It offers a safe and compassionate space for what has been held in the unconscious to come into awareness. Often, the patterns and protections that once kept us safe begin to limit how we connect and express ourselves. Healing invites us to meet these parts with presence, patience, and care, so they can transform rather than repeat.
Drawing from depth psychology, contemplative practice, and somatic awareness, Inner Journey helps us recognize the patterns, emotions, and inner forces that influence our choices and relationships. As we bring curiosity and understanding to these hidden dynamics, a deeper coherence begins to unfold allowing us to live with greater authenticity, purpose, and acceptance of who we are.
At its heart, Inner Journey is a process of remembering our inherent wholeness, where psychological understanding and spiritual insight come together to support a more integrated and meaningful way of being.
How I work
Pathways
Three integrated practices, each with its own register. Most people find one of them is the door; many circle through all three over time.
Integrate mind, body & spirit into a unified path of self-awareness
Holistic mental health at Inner Journey invites you into a process of self-discovery through self-awareness. It honors the meeting of psyche and soul, where insight and presence come together to support healing, integration, and authentic transformation.
When this helps —When you want to think and speak something through, with someone trained to notice what you’re not saying.
An inner pilgrimage of the embodied feminine
Womb of the Heart is a living journey of remembrance, a community of women walking together in the sacred process of reconnection. Here we return to the wisdom of the womb as a center of creation, intuition, and power, and to the heart as the seat of awareness and compassion. Through shared practices, ritual, and deep presence, we soften the layers of separation and awaken the natural harmony between womb and heart. This work honors the cycles of life, the healing of generational patterns, and the reclamation of the feminine as a living, embodied source of guidance and wholeness. Leaving no shadow unloved and no wound without balm. A devotion to wholeness: where every part of the feminine is welcomed home.
When this helps —When the work that’s asking to happen is feminine, embodied, and won’t move through talk alone.
The Yoga of Self-Awareness
Yoga and meditation are invitations to return to the stillness of your own being. Rooted in ancient wisdom, these practices cultivate presence, clarity, and devotion, awakening the natural intelligence of the body and the quiet radiance of the heart. Through breath, movement, and contemplation, we dissolve the illusion of separation and rest in the simplicity of awareness itself.
When this helps —When you’re ready to make practice the spine of your daily life rather than something done to you in a session.
What working together looks like
The shape of the work
Less a method, more an unfolding. Opening to embrace, through awareness, different aspects of ourselves, and to discover a deeper freedom.
A single session
A session usually begins with a few moments of arriving. We slow down, turn inward, and settle into the heart. There is no need to have the right words prepared. Sometimes you arrive carrying a clear question. Sometimes a feeling, a challenge, a recurring pattern, or simply a sense that something is asking for attention.
From there, we listen together.
Rather than rushing toward answers, we begin by noticing what is already present. We may follow the language of the body, the emotions beneath a story, or the quieter currents moving underneath what can easily be named. At times I may offer a reflection, a question, a guided practice, or a somatic inquiry. At other times, the work unfolds through silence, presence, and allowing something previously hidden to come into view.
Each session finds its own shape. Some are spacious and contemplative. Some are practical and clarifying. Some move deeply into the body, while others bring language and orientation to an experience that has been difficult to understand alone.
Towards the end, we allow time for integration. Together we gather what feels most important, notice what has shifted, and identify any simple practices, reflections, or next steps that may support the unfolding between sessions. The session closes gently, giving you space to land before returning to the rhythm of your day.
Across many sessions
Most clients work with me anywhere from three sessions to several years. The intention is not to create dependency, but to cultivate a relationship of trust, honesty, and friendship that can hold the unfolding of deeper layers over time.
The work moves at the pace of what is genuinely ready to emerge. Sometimes a few sessions are enough to bring clarity and direction. Other times, the process benefits from a longer container where patterns can be witnessed across seasons, cycles, and life transitions.
Sessions are usually weekly in the beginning, allowing momentum and continuity to develop. As the work settles and integration deepens, we often move to fortnightly or monthly rhythms. Along the way, there are natural moments of reassessment where we pause to reflect on what is changing, what remains unresolved, and whether the work continues to feel aligned for both of us.
Each session builds on what has come before while remaining responsive to what is alive in the present moment. Rather than following a fixed programme or promising a particular outcome, the work unfolds through an ongoing conversation between intention, experience, and embodied practice.
What you bring, what I bring
You do not need to come prepared. You do not need to have a clear goal, a polished story, or an explanation for what is happening. You do not need to know what is wrong.
What helps is a willingness to arrive as you are and to slow down enough to notice what is actually here. This includes setting aside the pressure to perform, achieve, or even perform healing itself.
My role is to bring presence, attention, discernment, and care. I will listen closely, ask questions when needed, and help create a space where what is emerging can be met rather than rushed past.
Your role is simply to show up honestly and remain curious about your own experience, even when it feels unclear, uncomfortable, or unexpected.
The work is collaborative. Neither of us arrives with a fixed agenda for who you should become. Instead, we meet what is here together, allowing insight, practice, and transformation to arise from relationship rather than prescription.
At its heart, the agreement is simple: your willingness to be present with what arrives, and my commitment to stay with it alongside you.
